Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking an operations leader to oversee one or more specialty practices or clinic sites. You will establish goals, procedures and standard work for all operational areas while managing daily operations, budgets and financial information.

You will partner with physicians and leaders to achieve shared goals, ensure quality services, and supervise staff in line with NCPS/NCHS mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare management or 5 years of experience as a Practice Administrator.
• 5 years of Physician Practice, Medical Operations, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, or Business Management experience.
• 5 years of health care financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more specialty practices and/or clinic sites; establish goals, procedures and standard work for all operational areas.
• Develop, monitor and analyze budgets and financial information; provide leadership to supervisors and staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and physician leaders to achieve shared goals and ensure quality services.
• Provide direction and supervision to staff in alignment with mission and values.
