Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking an Associate Practice Administrator to support strategic and day-to-day operations of one or more physician practices while helping deliver exceptional patient care and team performance.

You will collaborate with providers, staff, and leaders to optimize workflows, manage financial performance, recruit and develop staff, and enhance the patient experience. This role anchors a growing organization in Central Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and physician practice management.
• Experience leading teams in a healthcare or operational setting.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management, budgeting, HR, budgeting, financial analysis, clinical workflows, and recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations and support efficient practice performance.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics to drive organizational success.
• Manage practice budgets and review financial reports for accuracy and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, develop, and support administrative staff.
• Partner with providers and operational leaders to address practice needs and achieve organizational goals.
• Assist with provider onboarding and support recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Facilitate communication across departments to improve operational effectiveness.
