Responsibilities include budgeting, performance monitoring, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while working with Orlando Health's integrated network to deliver timely care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related field, or 3 years of progressive healthcare experience.
• Three years of experience in a lead role; additional related education may substitute for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory/physician office operations across multiple sites to provide cost-effective, quality patient care.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, policy bodies, third-party payers, patients and the public.
• Organize work, meet deadlines, delegate assignments and achieve goals.
• Lead strategies for growth and development in coordination with physicians and leadership.
• Manage budgeting, monthly monitoring and variance reporting to senior leadership.
• Facilitate monthly business review meetings and develop action plans to improve operations and financial performance.
• Monitor reimbursement and conduct pay analyses and revenue projections.
• Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
