Job summary

Haven Women's Health and Birth Center is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the financial health of the practice, HR and compliance, and internal systems enabling the clinical team to focus on patient care.

You will partner with ownership, supervise the Client Experience Lead, and drive process improvements while maintaining accountability to standards. On-site role in Cary/Chapel Hill area with a broad, detail-oriented scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a healthcare setting, ideally women's health or birth environments.
• Strong financial management, including AP/AR, billing review, and familiarity with practice software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communications link between operations and ownership.
• Oversee HR onboarding/offboarding and compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Manage practice management system (ClientCare) and SOPs; coordinate with vendors.
