U.S. Bank seeks a Practice Finance Business Development Officer to generate new business opportunities by leveraging a broad network of healthcare professionals, referral sources, and centers of influence.

You will drive opportunities across practice ownership lifecycle, acquisitions, expansion, and growth within a specialized healthcare banking team. You’ll develop strategic referral partnerships, originate financing opportunities, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in practice financing with proven success.
• Knowledge of healthcare practice financing products, services, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market development activities.
• Establish and cultivate a broad network of healthcare-focused centers of influence, including consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, equipment vendors, and industry associations.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective healthcare practice finance opportunities.
• Represent the bank within the healthcare community through industry events, professional organizations, conferences, and referral partner engagement.
• Originate financing opportunities related to practice acquisitions, partner buy-ins and buy-outs, commercial real estate, equipment purchases, and practice expansion initiatives.
• Evaluate financing opportunities and recommend structures that align with client objectives, credit guidelines, and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the practice finance marketplace
