Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in health care field.
• Knowledge of Knox-Keene, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Healthy Families regulations preferred.
• Experience with health plan audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, review, audit, track, monitoring and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with governing rules, regulations and accreditation standards.
• Review All Plan Letters (APLs) and regulatory changes.
• Assist leaders with research, planning and operational readiness submissions.
• Maintain PowerDMS documentation and workflow.
• Prepare materials for committees and regulatory submissions.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
• Serve as PowerDMS Super User for policy routing and review.
• Participate in audits and cross‑department policy coordination.
