L.A. Care Health Plan, located in Los Angeles, seeks a Compliance Advisor III to ensure regulatory compliance across CMS, DHCS, DMHC and NCQA standards.

The role leads cross-functional teams, develops corrective action plans, and guides regulatory reporting and audits. The position requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field with 5+ years in healthcare, including 3+ years in managed care, plus strong analytical and training skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of healthcare related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managed care setting.
• Experience with DHCS, DMHC, CMS and NCQA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory deliverable submissions and reporting.
• Provide regulatory analysis and oversee audits and corrective actions.
• Develop cross-functional work plans and lead workgroups.
• Provide trainings and mentor staff.
• Communicate updates and risks to leadership.
• Prepare for regulatory audits and liaise with regulators.
