• Bachelor's degree in related area with three years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with common computer applications (Outlook, Word, Zoom).
• Discretion and confidentiality with strong problem-solving and judgement.
• Creative, independent analytical thinking.
• Multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Meeting planning / event management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25 days per year.
• Experience with surveys and presentations using Qualtrics, Excel, PowerPoint.
