Real Chemistry is hiring a Product Manager to define and own the product roadmap for our omnichannel healthcare marketing platform. You will work with engineering, design, data science, and customers to translate open problems into shipped software, taking ownership of the product as it evolves.

The role offers opportunities for significant influence in a small, fast-moving team. You will collaborate across teams to prioritize features, leverage analytics and user feedback, and guide a scalable

Qualifications

• Experience shipping B2B or enterprise software.
• Fluency with APIs, data models and AI/LLM feature development.
• Ability to write clear specs and break down problems.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas on the roadmap end to end from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to maintain high quality.
• Prioritize backlog across customer impact, technical constraints and commitments.
• Partner with data engineering/science on models and features.
• Use analytics, usage data and user feedback to decide what to build next.
• Inform platform vision with leadership; scale product development processes.
• Set milestones and coordinate with project management to hit deadlines.
