You will lead policy development, support readiness assessments, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while presenting to senior leaders and pharmacy staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from the list of eligible disciplines.
• 4+ years of healthcare consulting, pharma or hospital experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients on 340B and pharmacy operations.
• Lead development of 340B policies, procedures and compliance activities.
• Oversee client-specific policies, workflows, and training programs.
• Support business development through proposals and scoping with clients.
• Interact with C-suite and pharmacy staff to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Engage in industry groups such as Apexus and HFMA to stay current.
