Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Lead Consultant in Healthcare Performance Improvement to help healthcare organizations strengthen margins and implement cost-reduction strategies across supply chain and non-labor spend.

You will lead cross-functional projects, oversee data analytics and benchmarking, develop financial models, and present findings to executive stakeholders while traveling up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience with data analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to analyze data, conduct market research, and develop strategies that drive client savings and operational efficiency.
• Oversee spend analytics and category assessments to uncover high-impact sourcing opportunities and inform strategic sourcing decisions.
• Direct benchmarking and financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities across supply chain and non-labor spend categories.
• Manage development and delivery of key project artifacts; present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Guide clients through implementation of supply chain and non-labor initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with all levels of management, both internally and at client sites.
• Serve as a primary liaison with senior leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
