Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Program Manager to lead performance improvement projects across the organization. You will act as facilitator, analyst, and consultant to redesign processes and outcomes, developing plans and timelines and coordinating resources with various teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of project management experience, and familiarity with healthcare operations and improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with health care operations.
• Proven success managing large projects using multiple project management techniques.
• Demonstrated certification and/or experience in Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams from design implementation to completion ensuring goals are met.
• Researches and implements approaches to improving Patient Experience practices.
• Uses data to develop benchmarks and drive practice changes.
• Plans, develops, and maintains organized work aligned with goals.
• Anticipates customer needs and addresses them promptly.
• Supports meetings with materials and follow-up communications.
• Prepares and presents detailed data to support work.
• Develops clear presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Performs tasks outside routine scope; adapts to changing conditions.
