Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of healthcare-related work experience.
• Degree in accounting, finance or related healthcare field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling and finance knowledge; ability to review financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance.
• Benchmarking and root cause analyses with data sampling.
• Map processes and manage client/internal projects.
• Conduct client interviews and observations to identify actionable items.
• Analyze and sample data for root cause analysis.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and assist with presentations.
• Manage workstreams and drive completion of projects.
