Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, accounts payable, bookkeeping, HR/personnel, or healthcare administration required

Responsibilities

• Process facility payroll accurately and within established deadlines
• Maintain employee personnel and payroll records
• Assist with new-hire paperwork, employee documentation, and other personnel-related processes
• Respond to employee payroll and personnel questions in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
• Provide administrative support to facility leadership and department managers as needed
