NYU Langone Hospitals is seeking a Payroll Associate responsible for processing payroll across multiple schedules, maintaining employee confidentiality, and supporting the Payroll Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a calculator, PC, copier and fax machine.
• 2 years of Finance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• High school graduate with some college courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Assist in monitoring and enforcing Payroll policies.
• Prepare monthly metrics for the Payroll area.
