MCR Health, Inc. in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join our payer relationship management team. You will serve as the primary liaison with contracted health plans, manage communications, and coordinate contract performance and administration.

This role collaborates with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Population Health, Clinical Operations, Business Development, and Leadership to optimize reimbursement and expand payer partnerships that support our mission to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Public Health or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years in managed care contracting, payer relations, healthcare finance, revenue cycle, population health or value-based care administration.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, Commercial Health Plans and Accountable Care Organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for operational communications with contracted health plans.
• Monitor, respond to payer correspondence, audits, inquiries, and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with payer representatives and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution between MCR Health departments and payer organizations.
