Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Observation Lead at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA. This role leads Patient Observation Associates and supports the Transport Program to ensure patient safety and timely monitoring.

The position requires prior healthcare experience and offers a daytime schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, with competitive pay of $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Applications accepted online only.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily work of other Patient Observation Associates.
• Coordinates associate assignments and staffing with client personnel.
• Ensures coverage and support across Patient Observation and related departments.
• Maintains shift reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-trained in Patient Transport and other departments where applicable.
