Job summary

The Hospitality Concierge Coordinator at The Crescent - Sugar Land, TX, part of Cantex Continuing Care Network, serves as the primary hospitality contact for new admissions and their families, delivering a welcoming, personalized experience.

You will anticipate needs, coordinate services with the interdisciplinary team, assist with orientation, and ensure rooms are prepared and admission-ready, greeting patients and guiding them through the process.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with a valid certification.
• Minimum 1 year in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, hotel, concierge, guest services or related experience preferred.
• Experience working in luxury hospitality, healthcare hospitality, senior living, or customer facing environments in highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Admission Experience Management: Serve as the primary hospitality contact for new admissions and their families; conduct pre-admission welcome calls; prepare rooms; gather patient preferences; greet and orient new patients.
• Patient and Family Experience: Build positive relationships with patients, residents, visitors, and family members; inform about resources and services; provide ongoing support during stay.
• Communication and Service Coordination: Act as liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary team; coordinate telehealth with NP; facilitate communication across departments.
• Service Recovery: Identify and resolve service issues; investigate concerns; document actions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Hospitality and Facility Environment: Maintain welcoming lobby, assist with events, ensure hospitality standards, provide wayfinding assistance.
• Quality and Satisfaction Initiatives: Support patient/family satisfaction efforts and participate in improvement activities.
• Compliance: Maintain HIPAA confidentiality; follow policies; participate in trainings; perform additional duties.
