The Community College System of New Hampshire seeks a RHT High School Healthcare Pathways Developer – North/West Central to build and sustain healthcare career pathways for high school students across the region. The hybrid, grant-funded role requires statewide travel to partner sites and ongoing collaboration with CCSNH colleges and healthcare employers.

You will lead outreach, develop dual enrollment and work-based learning opportunities, and align curriculum with workforce needs while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, public health, workforce development, social sciences, or a related field.
Three years of experience in teaching, academic/career advising, workforce or program coordination with program development/outreach responsibilities.
Experience with high schools, CTE programs, and engaging diverse student populations is desirable.

Responsabilités

Promotes and develops healthcare career pathways for high school students across the region.
Expand pathway infrastructure by connecting high schools, CCSNH colleges, and healthcare employers.
Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and engagement to raise student awareness and participation.
Develop dual enrollment, pre-apprenticeship, and work-based learning opportunities.
Support curriculum alignment and data tracking for grant reporting and improvement.
