Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire seeks a Clinical Partnerships Core Co-Lead to provide strategic leadership in developing and sustaining partnerships with healthcare providers across New Hampshire, including rural and underserved communities.

Working with RHT leadership and core leads, you will guide workforce development, training, and initiatives, ensure alignment with clinical needs, and translate partner priorities into actionable programs across the RHT ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare workforce development experience.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-partner initiatives and grant-funded programs.
• Experience using workforce data for planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and continuous improvement of the Clinical Partnership Core.
• Develop annual work plans, timelines, objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate data integrity, governance, and capacity analyses with partners.
• Expand employer partnerships to increase clinical training and employment opportunities.
• Represent the Core at local, regional, and state meetings.
• Support establishment of clinical placement sites, especially in rural/underserved areas.
• Translate partner priorities into actionable programs.
• Collaborate with partners to translate priorities into actionable programs.
• Support education-to-career pathway models across education levels.
