Ohio Ambulance Solutions is seeking a Relationship Manager in Healthcare Partnerships & Market Development to expand our presence across Ohio. You will navigate hospitals, health systems, and managed care organizations to identify and cultivate key partnerships.

You’ll build executive-level relationships, open doors, manage a strong pipeline, and represent OAS at industry events. This role blends strategic growth with the practicalities of healthcare contracting and transportation services.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, hospital administration, managed care, or related field.
• Ability to navigate hospitals, health systems, nursing facilities and other healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record in developing new partnerships and growing business.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospital and healthcare executives, administrators, case-management leadership, post-acute providers, health plans, managed-care organizations and other decision-makers.
• Grow existing OAS accounts by identifying additional service and partnership opportunities.
• Develop new healthcare customers and strategic partnerships.
• Open doors within organizations where OAS wants to do business.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Represent OAS at healthcare and community events throughout Ohio.
• Identify emerging opportunities and prospective new markets for OAS.
• Help leadership evaluate where OAS should grow next.
• Turn relationships into measurable transportation volume, partnerships and revenue.
