Qualifications

• Healthcare staffing or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new healthcare clients through outbound calling and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers.
• Present Pacific Companies' staffing solutions (permanent placement and locum tenens).
• Lead a consultative sales process to acquire and grow client partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client delivery and satisfaction.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and educate prospects on value proposition.
• Consistently achieve activity, revenue, and growth goals.
