Job summary

PYA is seeking a Healthcare Business Development and Relationship Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on developing relationships with healthcare organizations, referral sources, and strategic partners while driving revenue growth across PYA’s healthcare consulting platform.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development and relationship management, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, account management, or client relationships.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, referral sources, industry associations, channel partners, and strategic partners.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and academic medical centers.
• Support client relationship management to strengthen existing engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute outreach campaigns and evaluate pipeline activity.
• Maintain pipeline management and reporting in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with teams on thought leadership promotion through webinars and campaigns.
• Travel periodically for client meetings, conferences, and events.
