PYA is seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Senior Director to accelerate growth of its Healthcare Consulting Group in Atlanta. This role leads strategic business development initiatives by cultivating executive relationships with hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare BD, an established national network, and a track record of revenue growth through executive engagement while guiding principals and marketing to expand

Qualifikationen

10+ years of healthcare business development experience.
Proven ability to generate revenue growth with executives.
Experience selling to C-suite executives in healthcare.

Aufgaben

Lead strategic business development initiatives that drive growth for PYA's Healthcare Consulting Group.
Develop, cultivate, and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers.
Drive identification, qualification, and pursuit of new consulting opportunities across target healthcare markets.
Expand existing client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities across PYA's service lines.
Collaborate with marketing to evaluate pipeline activity and market trends.
