The role offers first-shift hours (8 AM–5 PM) on-site in Fremont, with a strong emphasis on empathetic customer service and cross-functional collaboration within our recruitment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service certifications or post-secondary coursework welcome
• 1+ years of proven customer service skills with clear, engaging written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated computer systems proficiency and resourceful problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative, empathetic mindset dedicated to exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Recruit pediatricians, dietitians, and clinics via phone, email, and digital channels to recruit HCPs into educational programs and sampling initiatives.
• Coordinate sample distribution and starter kits, tracking reorder requests and utilization to support ongoing clinical care pathways.
• Champion actionable insights: conduct consumer and HCP surveys to uncover unmet needs, translating real-world feedback into recommendations that drive product innovation.
• Deliver omnichannel support: assist consumers and medical providers across chat, SMS, phone, and email with empathy, professionalism, and high accuracy.
