Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a Healthcare Operations and Program Launch Manager to advance person-centered services and reliable operations. The role focuses on coordinating licensing milestones, program readiness, staffing, budgets and documentation to ensure compliant launches.

The position is part-time in New Jersey with on-site or community assignments. Weekly scheduling will be discussed during hiring; final approvals and readiness govern start dates and duties.

Qualifications

Healthcare or human-services operations experience.
Experience launching regulated programs.
Experience managing teams and budgets.
Strong documentation and record-keeping.
Ability to coordinate licensing milestones and launches.

Responsibilities

Coordinate licensing milestones, program plans, staffing, policies, launch budgets and department accountability.
Maintain a weekly launch tracker and escalation dependencies before service delivery.
Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies.
Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
