Qualifications

• Develop and manage methodologies for tracking, identifying and solving issues; present program results and insights.
• Perform data analysis from diverse sources to measure ROI of product activity.
• Collaborate with staff to identify customers and expectations; initiate process changes to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction.
• Support planning and tracking of strategic initiatives to impact the organizational scorecard.
• Act as internal resource for improvement activities and explore new approaches to work processes.
