Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 4+ years in operational processes or data analysis.
• Desirable Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) experience.
• Experience in a matrix environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage methodologies for tracking, identifying and solving issues; present results.
• Perform data analysis from diverse sources to evolve ROI metrics for product activity.
• Collaborate with staff to identify customers and expectations; initiate process changes to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction.
• Facilitate and support operations staff in planning and tracking strategic initiatives to impact organizational scorecard.
• Serve as internal resource and advisor on improvement activities.
• Explore new work processes using quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework.
• Able to travel up to 25%.
