Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site healthcare clinic network.
• Lead operational improvements around access, productivity, staffing, patient flow.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, reporting, and resource planning.
• Partner with executive and clinical leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and represent the organization at leadership meetings.
