Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Charlotte seeks a project-focused materials management professional to support the Materials Resource Management team across multiple supply chain projects. You will manage deadlines, coordinate with system managers and partners, and ensure high service levels while leveraging Lean Six Sigma methods.

Role requires a strong background in healthcare materials management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of associated healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• Certification such as CMRP or CPIM preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma methodologies knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Materials Resource Management team with supply chain knowledge to enhance services.
• Works in a project management environment and supports multiple projects concurrently.
• Works quickly and accurately under pressure meeting project deadlines.
• Interacts with system managers and business partners, ensuring high service levels.
• Provides required management reports to leadership in a timely manner.
