Job summary
Oak Street Health is seeking an Analyst, Tech Enablement and Process Improvement to strengthen technology-driven solutions across centralized ops. You will partner with Product, Support & Transformation, and other teams to streamline processes, analyze data, and drive automation initiatives that improve patient experiences and reduce handoffs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and quantitative mindset.
- Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation.
- Self-starter, able to drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders from beginning to end.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort with ambiguity and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative working style across functions.
- Interest in healthcare and value-based care.
- US work authorization required.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with project and change management for transformation and process improvements.
- Support the Manager of Tech Enablement & Process Improvement on continual improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Work with teams to understand needs and challenges.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive change.
- Assist executive communications and presentations for senior leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
