Under the Director of Project Management & Process Improvement, you will help document, analyze, and coordinate multi-department initiatives, with a clear path toward more senior roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 0–2 years in analytical, operations, or project coordination roles is preferred.
• CAPM/Lean Six Sigma or Smartsheet certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, formats, and maintains SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Maintains documentation repository in Smartsheet and SharePoint with version control.
• Builds trackers and dashboards to monitor project KPIs and metrics.
• Facilitates process mapping workshops and prepares materials.
• Supports rollout of operational technology platforms and UAT.
