Qualifications

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage workloads.
• Proficiency with healthcare information systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receptionists, staff, and office workflows.
• Train employees on policies and workflows.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on payroll and budgets.
• Act as liaison between staff, physicians, patients, and vendors.
• Attend departmental meetings and coordinate scheduling.
• Ensure accurate payroll records and reporting.
