• 1 year in progressive leadership plus 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent leadership in a relevant setting.
• Equivalent leadership experience in a relevant setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of insurance/billing, accounting, contract management and scheduling.
• Hire, coach and evaluate staff in coordination with department leadership.
• Support patient care access and supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve patient satisfaction and performance.
