Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Manager of Operations responsible for planning, organizing and managing operations in concert with the Executive Director. This role provides direct oversight of administrative support services and ensures effective operation of clinics.

You will report to the Executive Director of Employer Wellness and lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Providence caregivers are valued, with a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License required at hire.
• BLS provider certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Provide direct oversight of administrative support services and clinic operations.
