Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Operations Director to support the execution of the clinical education strategic plan and manage the CSG operating model across corporate, division, and facility leadership.

The role emphasizes project ownership, multi-project workflow management, and high-level communication with all levels of the organization. MBA or MHA preferred and extensive healthcare operations experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA preferred.
• 7-10 years' healthcare experience required; Hospital operations experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting/Operations required.
• Medium-to-large scale program coordination experience is required.
• Expert understanding of PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for strategic initiatives including breaking down complex problems into discrete tasks and leading project execution.
• Plans, organizes, and facilitates strategy and design sessions for initiatives.
• Creates executive presentations to communicate actionable plans to senior leaders.
• Leads the design and execution of the clinical education operating model cascade to corporate and division leadership.
• Supports governance meetings, business plans, and leadership presentations.
