Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to direct new program operations and implementation across Hospital Based Services. This role will organize manuals, orientation materials for physicians and APPs, and oversee annual assessments, policy reviews, and job descriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years project and/or program management experience required, including ability to manage multiple projects and programs across hospitals.
• Experience in leading large, enterprise-scale projects or programs preferred.
• Experience leading healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Collaborates with HBS Leadership to create manuals and orientation materials.
• Manages portfolio of IHBS projects and oversees approval processes.
• Mentors project managers and coordinates executive communications and presentations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and best practices across programs.
