Job summary

HCA West Florida Division in Florida seeks a Director of Operations to provide leadership for program management and operations across Hospital Based Services. You will own the development and execution of standardized program implementation methods and collaborate with executives to drive portfolio performance.

Responsibilities include directing new program operations, creating manuals and onboarding processes, coordinating with leaders to align workforce, policy reviews, and driving growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
5+ years project and/or program management experience.
Experience leading large, enterprise-scale projects.
Experience leading healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs all activities related to new program operations.
Collaborate with HBS Leadership to create manuals and orientation materials.
Develop and manage implementation manuals and onboarding processes.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new employees for IHBS programs.
Create, manage, and oversee IHBS project portfolio and approvals.
