Job summary

HCA West Florida Division is seeking a Director of Operations to lead program management and operations across hospital-based services. You will own the development and implementation of standardized processes, manuals, and onboarding for physicians, APPs, and new programs.

Collaborate with HBS leadership and the COO to report portfolio performance, develop executive summaries, and coordinate with executives across facilities and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years project and/or program management experience across multiple hospitals or health systems.
• Experience leading large, enterprise-scale healthcare operations projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Facilitates creation of manuals and onboarding processes for physicians and AP providers.
• Manages portfolio of IHBS projects and coordinates with executive leadership for approvals.
• Collaborates with COO & GVP to prepare executive communications and presentations.
• Leads IHBS committees to ensure cross-stakeholder coordination and performance reporting.
• Supports growth initiatives and physician development plans across facilities and markets.
