Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the support services operations within healthcare facilities. You will coordinate frontline staff, liaise between administration and units, and ensure top-level service delivery.

Responsibilities include setting standards, scheduling, hiring and training, supervising staff, conducting inspections, and reporting progress.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact service role.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Establish standards and annual procedures for staff.
• Plan work and staffing to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
• Prepare monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Coordinate outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling).
