Elevate PFS is hiring an Operations Manager I to oversee day-to-day hospital operations at our site in St. Louis, MO. The role manages staff and client portfolios, drives process improvements, and ensures regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The position requires 2+ years of management experience, familiarity with hospital systems, and strong leadership and communication skills. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with flexibility based on client needs.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience overseeing at least 5 staff.
• Hospital revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, ACA and EMTALA regulations.
• Experience with hospital systems and ability to learn computer applications.
