Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Operations Manager (EVS) for 1st shift in Washington D.C. You will oversee frontline associates and coordinate between administration and departments to deliver premier service.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, hiring and training, staff development, and coordinating external services to maintain facility standards. Join a trusted healthcare services team.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Ability to stay organized in a changing, stressful environment.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Coordinates outside services and conducts regular facility inspections.
