Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the support services operations. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver the highest possible level of service.

Essential duties include establishing standards, planning staffing, hiring and training, supervising staff, conducting inspections, reporting goals, and coordinating outside services.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring processes; interviews, hires and trains new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Presents monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
