Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is seeking an experienced Manager Operations to lead daily clinical and support services. You will drive patient satisfaction, staff engagement, quality and value while coaching teams through PI/QI initiatives and changes.

You will influence scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performance environment. The role requires a Master’s degree (MHA, MBA or Nursing), BLS and ACLS certifications, and 2+ years in a relevant clinical

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field (MHA, MBA or Nursing).
2 years experience in a relevant clinical specialty.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Mentors and coordinates education for all team members.
Oversees development and adherence to clinical guidelines.
Provides real-time feedback and coaching to staff.
Collaborates with medical directors and inter-department teams to improve patient care.
Leads process/quality improvement initiatives and PI/QI projects.
Manages staffing, payroll, recruiting, and performance evaluations.
Oversees budgeting and financial performance for the department.
