For the past 10 years, DaVita has improved clinical outcomes year after year. As a Healthcare Operations Manager (also known as Facility Administrator or "FA" internally), you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities of a Healthcare Operations Manager include:

• Prioritizing patients and building relationships while improving their health through clinical goals and quality initiatives.
• Ensuring a meaningful workday, making a difference in patients' lives, and developing your team.
• Managing clinic operations during open hours.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a clinical team to deliver excellent care and service.
• Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, expense forecasting, vendor management, and compliance.
• Running your clinic with autonomy, supported by your director, regional peers, and the company.
• Fostering a culture aligned with company values and recognizing shared behaviors.
• Partnering with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving regional goals.

Ideal candidate qualities:

• A passion for making a difference in people's lives.
• Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience, including supervising direct reports preferred.
• Leadership from diverse industries such as corporate, retail, military, consulting, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Adaptability and innovation in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong collaboration skills working with clinical and financial teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
