Healthcare Operations Manager

Full-Time

For the past 10 years, DaVita has demonstrably improved clinical outcomes, continuously improving year after year. As a Healthcare Operations Manager (also known as Facility Administrator or 'FA' internally), you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic.

As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you can expect:

  4. Lead a team. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
  5. Financial management. Oversee clinic operations, adhere to budgets, forecast expenses, manage vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance.
  6. Autonomy. Run your clinic with support from your director, regional peers, and the company, fostering entrepreneurship and continuous improvement.
  7. Culture & growth. Our values are integral to our work. As a leader, you can reward demonstration of shared beliefs and behaviors.
The ideal candidate for our Healthcare Operations Manager should have:
  1. A passion for making a difference in people's lives.
  2. At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a preference for supervising direct reports.
  3. Leadership from diverse industries such as corporate, retail, military, consulting, or healthcare.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complete essential tasks efficiently.
  5. Ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  6. Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams.
  7. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  8. An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
