Role Overview

This role involves managing multiple aspects of acute dialysis healthcare facilities, including contract management, financial oversight, patient care, and team development. You will partner with regional leadership to ensure high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Management: Exceed hospital partner expectations by managing contractual responsibilities and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure compliance with health standards to drive profitability.
  3. Patient Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient results.
  4. Team Development: Hire, mentor, and lead a cohesive clinical team, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience in healthcare, business, military, or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current RN license if required by state.
  • Preferably 4+ years in dialysis.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Strong multitasking, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally.
