Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Manager of Support Services to oversee multiple non-clinical functions within the hospital, including environmental and food services, patient transport, voice/shuttle services, and equipment support. Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in health, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3 years' leadership experience with direct employee oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of non-clinical support services (environmental, food, transport, voice/shuttle services, and equipment).
• Lead recruitment, retention, staffing and scheduling for the department.
• Manage ordering/receiving and ensure overall department performance and communication with vendors and clinical teams.
