Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Gainesville, FL. The role involves managing team time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functions, and coaching teammates to improve performance.

You will oversee training and succession planning to build a strong team capable of meeting KPI targets across safety, quality, and productivity. You will coordinate with local and corporate teams to ensure seamless operations, support new customer implementations, and ensure adherence to SOPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in supply chain or warehouse operations with leadership.
• Ability to lead and mentor teammates in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned areas.
• Provides coaching and corrective action when needed to teammates.
• Oversees training and succession planning for assigned functions.
• Ensures achievement of safety, quality, productivity and turnover KPIs.
• Coordinates with Account Management, Transportation, CEC and Corporate Operations as needed.
