Founded in Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Cancer Center seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across departments. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, monitor performance, and drive compliance and efficiency in a patient-focused setting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in healthcare operations, oncology/imaging experience, and a strong track record in coaching teams, budgeting, and process improvements.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of progressive healthcare operations experience, including team or project leadership.
• Oncology or imaging operations experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, biological or life sciences, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience using electronic medical records.
• Ability to coach and support team members and build accountability.
• Experience tracking performance measures and supporting programs or process improvements.
• Strong planning, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally across organizational levels and escalating issues appropriately.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong documentation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high standard of ethics and integrity.

• Coordinate operational plans and workflows across assigned functional areas.

• Help maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and BHCC policies.

• Identify, assess, and help resolve operational issues, escalating significant risks or decisions as appropriate.
